Billing and Payment

You will be mailed a bill for all services, even if insurance, Medicare and/or Medicaid cover all of the costs. Always review your bill to ensure that you are only being charged for the services you received and that your provider has paid the correct amounts. Any services not paid in full by insurance are the responsibility of the patient. You may receive different bills based on the type of services and the locations they were delivered.

Many bills may be paid online, and all bills may be paid via telephone or mail. If you have questions about your bill, call 215-856-1000.

Online Bill Payment

Bills for physician office visits will have a message in the upper left that says "Pay Online At QuickPay". Physician office bills are paid via the My Health Story patient portal. If you do not have a login and password for the portal, you will need the QuickPay code from your bill. For more information about the My Health Story patient portal, click here.

Bills for hospital services have a note on the lower left side of your bill that says “Three Convenient Ways to Pay…” To use the online payment portal, you will need information from your printed invoice including “Statement #” and “Patient Service Date”. You may pay all or a portion of your bill online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Other Ways to Pay

If you want to pay your hospital bill or physician bill by phone, call 215-856-1000. We are available Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. You must pay with a credit card when paying by phone.

If you would like to pay by check it should be mailed to the address on your bill.

Insurance

We accept many insurance plans including Medicare, and offer a sliding scale based on your family income. Call our office at 215-856-1000 to see if your insurance is accepted.
